The rubber ring and metal ring are integrally bonded and vulcanized. It is a sealing ring used to seal thread and flange connections. The ring includes a metal ring and a rubber gasket.
The metal ring is treated with anti-rust, and the rubber ring is generally made of oil-resistant nitrile rubber or fluorine rubber. Combination pads are available in metric and imperial sizes, and there are standard JB982-77 that specify the combination of metal pads and rubber. The combined sealing gasket is used for sealing threaded pipe joints and screw plugs. It is generally used with ferrule-type pipe joints to block oil ports. It is mainly used for end-face static sealing of threaded connections of hydraulic valve pipe joints. It is suitable for end-face static sealing of British and American standard inch threads and French and German standard metric thread connections. The combined sealing gasket can be divided into A type and B type according to the structure form; according to the different package can be divided into full package and half package.
