1. Be sure to clean hands or tools with lithium-based grease.
2. The oil seal should be flat and can not be tilted. Oil pressure equipment or sleeve tools are recommended for installation. The pressure should not be too large, the speed should be uniform and slow.
3. oil seal installation should be coated with oil or lubricating oil, and the shaft end and the shaft shoulder round.
4. When installing the oil seal, be sure to make the lip end face the sealed oil side, and avoid reverse assembly.
5. When the oil is sealed into the seat hole, special tools should be used to push it in to prevent position deviation.
6. oil seal lip through the thread, keyway, spline and other places should take various measures to prevent lip damage, and use special tools to assemble.
7. When removing the oil seal, avoid bumping the inner surface of the cavity and the surface of the shaft.
8. The used oil seal, even if the appearance is good, can no longer be used, must be replaced with a new oil seal.
9. When the surface of the shaft is bruised or rusted, it must be repaired.
10. When loading the new oil seal, in order to make it leave the old lip contact part, the gasket should be used to avoid the original friction marks.
